An old craft, I often make my own props for my dolls in my collection.
Several years ago my husband for Valentines Day ordered me this Fairy Doll I wanted.
So I decided she needed a toad stool stool to set on.
Before.......I took a plain clay flower pot turned upside down. Glued the tray it
comes with to it's bottom.
with hotglue.
Then I painted the bottom pot portion. I covered the top with
spotted cotton fabric I found and painted on large spots with craft paint.
After.......then my pretty doll had a place to rest.
I ended up making more than one of these, as I have several dolls in a large old antique oak store
display case and it is set up like a fairy land for the dolls.
