Well I admit this first photo not that colorful but it shows you what I was doing over a week ago to get myself to hurting so bad. Bad me, I knew better!
I totally weeded this flowerbed along side drive way, then spread and hooked down that
black weed barrier stuff, then spread one bag of rock to hold it down. Ron did the rest of the rock that is there. It is lifting a bag of rock that did me in!
But it is going to look better and be less to take care of , weeding wise from now on.
We still have to get more rock brought in or Ron has to go get it with a friends truck.
I have a couple plants in here I am not sure survived, the might have gotten killed by the weight of the prolonged snow on them. I am going to feed them and see what happens before I pull them.
Now for some color......who doesn't like RED!!?
My tulips coming up in my garden around our patio. I still have more work to do
out there this year, more clean up , digging up things we lost due to that heavy snow etc.
But at least I got the main cleanup of mulch etc. done so the Spring
things coming up could do so.
I love flowers!
I want to get more bulbs and things in this year so next year I have even more color.
I just had to go take photos of it.
Puts mine to shame in ways.
Hope all are having a good Monday in blogland!!

You did an amazing job ~ but looking at what it entailed ~ it's no wonder you paid a price.
Colorful and so lovely.
Thank you so much for your concern for my girl. She's feeling so much better today. Not spunky, but much better. Thank you God!

Your tulips are lovely. They bloom such a short time. Don't you wish spring flowers would last a little longer? The time seems to go so fast. Thank you for sharing.
