Friday night fun with Friends, Festivities and Food!

Friday eve was a really fun girl's night out.
It was the 30th anniversary and holiday open house for Joyworks,
I think I have been going there at least 15 of those 30 years. LOVE the place, it is a shop not to be missed if in that neck of the woods!!!
Mishelle from ,http://thecrownedcasa.blogspot.com/ , and her mom Sandy and I went over to enjoy all the fun.
There was food like you can't believe and then always great shopping, there were door prizes and just fun seeing all the Christmas things. It really helped to get me in the mood
to work these next couple weeks and get the house ready for the Holidays !!
Thanks all at Joyworks, you gals are always great and we so enjoyed it!!
Here is a toast to 30 more great years for you all!!!
( Click on photos to enlarge and see a little closer, it is worth it)
Some of the sweets for the evening. It was all amazing and tasted even better
than it looked. Got to give a shout out to Wendy Perez who did the catering from
Eclectic Expression Catering, 425-231-6005 , who did a totally fabulous job with everything.
We gals were so impressed!!

Their cute cupcake & candy tree, darling. Notice the skirt around
the bottom that looks like a cupcake holder.

Another table that had food.
We just ate and shopped, what's better than that?!!

Some of the roosters at Joyworks.
So many goodies in this store!!

Some of their normal decor items. Roosters are always big and the gals at Joyworks always
do such a grand job of displaying everything, makes you want to take it all home!!

This tree was very pretty with a bird , nest and nature theme.
I even bought some pretty little pale blue glitter birdies off this one.

Downstairs in the store they usually have a table or several set up with different color and themes. This one was very unique, sort of Angel inspired this year. We loved the feather angel wings on the backs of the dining room chairs!!

A closer look at the "chandelier" over the table. Made from an old wire lamp shade frame, with all sorts of pretties put on it. Great idea!!

They have alot of traditionally red and white etc. Christmas things.
All darling and make a nice addition to your Christmas decor.

I am in love with these glittery white angels and things this year!!
Maybe I will go back and get me one.

This darling old sweater snowman who was used in a window last year, now gracing the
staircase at Joyworks. Yes there are two levels and many rooms to this fabulous store!

Then after some visiting time and seeing some of Mishelle's house,http://thecrownedcasa.blogspot.com/ , which is amazing.
She is one talented lady with her decorating. This yummy Apple green paint color now in
their family room is even yummier in person!!
Thanks Mishelle and her Mom Sandy for going with me! It was fun fun!!
