Tablescape Thursday....late night sunshine!

Oh I almost forgot to post my Tablescape Thursday post!
I got busy working on genealogy stuff and lost track of time.
Good thing I am up late or early, depending on how you look at it!
Thank you to Susan at, http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/, for hosting us and please take a peek at her
great blog and the other tablescapes this week!

Really threw this together fast. I have been busy with other projects around here lately.
But we needed some bright color this week. We went from sunny and hot, to grey, cool and rainy this week.
So some sunny yellow with black and white is in order.
(Click on any photo to enlarge )

Yellow gold candles in my leaf milk glass candlesticks and also a sunflower plate on a
black metal base for serving act as accents.

Table setting is grandparents silver flatware, gold rimmed crystal water goblets and black stemmed wine glasses, black and white toile dinnerware and sunflower print napkins.
I used large black napkins as a place mat or like chargers underneath.

Centerpiece is my black framed round mirror tray with a old milk glass vase of sunflowers.
A black wire paper holder to put the menu in and another sunflower patterned milk glass
creamer and sugar set.

I am in love with black and white toile dishes of all sorts.
When I saw these at Marshalls , had to have some, they are "Creative Tops" Made in England.
Sunflower print napkins also a Marshalls find.

Yes, I even have some very old milk glass with sunflowers molded into it.
This is a large open sugar and large creamer.

A little bit of interest on the side board. Some European art that my Great Aunt left to me.
A metal sculpture with flowers.

One of my Sunny dolls on the side board with some artwork and some other things.
The wire holder on the right of her, is for the wine list.

What a great looking tablescape, Linda! I adore your toille plates, and I love the sunflowers, too! You did a super job with this.

Did I hear the word genealogy??? I love genealogy research. It's one of my favorite hobbies (or it was before blogging)! :-)

Happy Tablescape Thursday...
