New Years Resolutions.....I always do the same and I achieve them also!

Well it has begun at Castle Queen, the putting away of the Christmas things.
This is early for me, I do so much that I like to see it for awhile, usually like Jan.14th and then I get tired of it. But Ron is on vacation for 2 weeks now and wants to do some house projects. So that means the Christmas things have to get out of his way and also then he will be home to help me with the heavy containers too.
I always have to have the week between Christmas and New Year's to rest up anyway.
My chronic illnesses kick my bunns after doing so much for Christmas etc.
So I need a break.
But I was reflecting on my resolutions made in 2009 and whether or not I achieved them and I did.
I have used the same ones for several years now and it works, they are easy to accomplish unlike the loose weight one I can't seem to do much about. Yikes!
Mine are;
1. Do something you have never done before.
2. Go someplace you have never been before.
3. Meet someone you have never met before.
And I manage to do them all each year, rather fun actually, I do them without really thinking about doing them too.

I don't make resolutions anymore - not good at keeping them, but I like your list. Christmas decor all down. I so hope to get some of my big projects accomplished early this year.

No resolutions for me. I never seem to keep them anyway. However, yours are wonderful and maybe I could keep those. Hope your New Year is wonderful. Hugs, Marty

What great resolutions . . . and so easy to keep!

I did Christmas down this weekend -- greens and such yesterday -- tree today. It does come down a lot easier than it goes up and I'm always thankful when I don't break any ornaments on either end.

The house seems so bare -- but then it always does!

Happy New Year!

I didn't even think about resolutions this year -- but I truly like yours! I may have to "borrow" those!
