A little mood lighting in the master!
I finally found some better matching and new shades for our lamps also.
Thank you to Susan at,http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/ , for hosting us.
Check out her great blog and also the others who
are posting this week.
Well I meant to post last night but then am not feeling to great. So went to bed instead.
So here I am finally this morning.
Just working on decorating the house for Christmas slowly.
Ron is right now putting together my prelit big tree for the living room
so I can work on it this week.
But here are some snippets from some of the others rooms that are done or underway.

Before......how the kitchen usually looks with chandelier shades and preChristmas
decorating.
After......we add dipped bulbs to the chandeliers in the kitchen for a more romantic
feel at Christmas time. Also some floral type napkin rings get added to the candles and
gingerbread ornaments dangle from below.

Christmas greenery gets added around the window and this year I did not change out my rooster tapestry valance.
I have used these sugary floral little wreaths, 4 of them, other places before ( they match the napkin rings that I put around the candles on the chandeliers). But this year I got the idea to hang them with my wide wired gingerbread ribbon from the kitchen cabinet doors.
