Found my maybe dream home......

Busy weekend....yesterday I had to meet up with a new found cousin.
Part of my genealogy quest. So cool to have found someone who is actually related on my
mother's Scottish side, McLellan.
Her daughter was there also and I am sure I will meet again. It was not to bad a ride to and from Whidbey Island to her home, except for the wee bit of see sickness from the ferry rocking and rolling. Whoa!
Anyway, while over there I passed a dream home. Had to take of photo of this one for sale. I didn't even get one of the adjacent yard too.
There was a vehicle and someone there when I was leaving, I was soooo tempted to ask to see inside. It looked amazing through the windows!!
Some photos from a recent antique mall trip too.

Perhaps one of the largest birdcages I have ever seen!
Yes, that is a regular person's sized rocking chair setting next to it.
It is cool, don't know where or what a person would do with it but someone
on the blogs would probably think of some fantastic vignette to make out of it!

I just thought this shakerish pine hutch was pretty.
I am sure many of us would be happy to have it and find many a pretty things to display
inside of it!

How fun to meet some of your relatives. That is always fun. The house looks just gorgeous, I would love to see inside too. The birdcage and hutch are wonderful. Sounds like you had a great day. Hugs, Marty

Yes, when I left that day someone's vehicle was there and the lights were on. That is why I was tempted to ask if I could see it. I guess the asking price is about $650,000 for this one but with the sized lot and closeness to the beach etc. sort of worth it.
If I won the lotto I think I would be seeing about it!!!
Dream dream wish wish!
