In recent travels to do wedding errands I have had a chance to either
garage sale or thrift shop a bit.
One find was this neat bottle for $1 ( still had it's $15 store sticker on the bottom).
I got it to house the neat Fleur De Lis stopper I already had.
Sorry not the best photo. But I also found this reproduction bread platter ( I collect bread platters, mostly antique) for $2.99 I said what the heck and got it.
Also this World's Fair little plate and some cool old glass stoppers.
I think the stoppers will be good in a bowl or someplace once I collect enough of them.
What do you think?
And this pretty table cover with trim and fringe on both ends was only $5at the thrift store. I like the colors of it!

i have been doing markets for 20 years and am very creative, but am always impressed with those of you that can recognize a good find. i am totally unable to do that. so i have always steered away from the collectibles side.
