Tablescape Thursday......Black & White and Green all over!

Time for our ever fun Tablescape Thursday. I am late again, this was a last minute idea this evening, so I am posting a wee bit late. But still here!
Thank you to Susan at,http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/ , for hosting us. I am going to really try to get to everyone's posts this week, or most of them.
Be sure and go to Susan's blog to find the links for other tablescape posts!
I love to see what creative things you ladies do, inspires me!

Black, Cream and Pale Green by Candlelight!
(Click on photos to enlarge and see detail)

Table setting includes; black and cream Hayride Coupe pattern transferware, Mary Carol Home raised bird pattern salad plates ( I am still looking for 2 more of these) and roll plates, black linen napkins ( found on sale), grandparents Eternally Yours silverplate flatware, black stem wine glasses (found for $1 each), pale green placemats (found at Marshalls), cream porcelain napkin holders ( friend of my mothers made me) and little birdy accents ( found at Craft Mart).

Decided to take the burgandy shades off the chandelier this week for a lighter look and
to see it better.

Centerpiece on the table; long black framed old mirror as a tray ( was a garage sale find for
$5), milk glass candlesticks, pale green candles, black wire cloche and photo holders , lamp prisms.

Buffet all ready for this weeks dinner.
Even the buffet lamps got a change in shades.

Details on the buffet add to the theme of this weeks tablescape.

The buffet; some potted plants, a candle under the cloche, birds nest, bird
figural milk glass pieces, garden books as stands.

Some of the accessories on the buffet.
Etched glass cloche, fern ball, potted plants.
They all go with the theme of our framed prints in this room this week!

Hi Linda,
Just love your black, white and green table and room decor! I have always loved black and white and in the spring, green is the PERFECT combination. I love the fresh and crip look of it and the black adds such drama to the white and green. Beautiful!

Alisa

Beautiful tablescape! Oh, I am so going to look for a mirror similar to that one (afraid I won't find as great a deal on one as you did though). Love the lighter lampshades. Perfect for spring and summer. Everything looks so lovely. laurie
