Tablescape Thursday......here comes Peter Cottontail!

Time for Tablescape Thursday!
Hop on over to Susan's blog at,http://betweennapsontheporch.blogspot.com/
to see other bloggers links that are showing a tablescape
this week, it is really fun!
Well this week it has been not very Spring like outside but it was still time to dig out the Easter things and get decorated for the month around here.
So here is the dining room decked out for Easter!
Now hopefully real Spring weather will follow soon, I am ready!!
(Click on any photo to enlarge and see closer)

Place settings using the every popular Portugal Cabbage or Lettuce
Majolica dishes, thanks to ROSS! I am in love with these dishes and hope to find more serving pieces too.
Grandparents silver flatware I inherited as it has little flowers on the handles, napkins rings were wedding gifts, stemware from my mother.

These darling little cabbage candles just had to come home with me
last weekend after a visit to a favorite haunt.

My bunny figurines on a center matching platter are the center piece.
I have had these for years and enjoy the pair of them!

Some of my antique milk glass egg cups filled with cracked glass eggs and
a French Milk Glass cabbage covered dish
also accent here and there.

I used some of my milk glass and painted custard glass pieces for accent pieces
on the table.

Shades of different greens for the table linens, only because I have not
found a pink table cloth or napkins I like yet.
But green is a good basic, goes with almost anything don't you think?!

The little side server table with my collection of "sugared" bunnies.
Unfortunately they always turn out white looking when I photograph them.
So do the beaded eggs in the glass apothecary jar on the side board.

The side board with all it's Easter finery !
