This past week I had a chance to work on some painting projects I wanted to get to.
#1 Before.....this beat up tray that I found at the thrift store for maybe $5.
I liked the shape of it.

#1 After.........It makes a nice memo or message board now thanks to a new paint job.
You got to love chalkboard paint!
And project #2 Before........our kitchen table, a Goodwill store find for $35.
I needed a round table in here and wanted all wood and a certain look .
This a bit stained, beat up, etc. but ........
#2 After ......with a new paint job it looks fresh and new.
I still have to do a bit of distressing on it too.

I'm so jealous of these fantastic bargains you find! :( But I have to say turning that tray into a chalkboard was a marvelous idea! Perfection through and through. Just goes to show that if you can think outside the box a little, you can have unique and one of a kind things everyone else is dying to have! (i.e., ME!) So when you sending that thing to Niagara Falls!? LOL! Happy Monday!
