Time for a Valentine Party, thanks to Laurie at, http://bargainhuntingwithlaurie.blogspot.com/
Check out her very fun and creative blog and see who else is partying with us!!
And also this will be my Show & Tell Friday time as well, see Cindy's amazing blog at, http://myromantichome.blogspot.com/ for more Show and Teller posts.
I had to decorate this big glittery heart I got last year on the after Valentine's sale with some lace and of course a King and Queen for our Castle!
It hangs on our front door.
(Click on any photo to enlarge)
It is so big and pretty and Victorian.
And the pretty lady can be in hiding with this big puffy paper heart portion too.
It is big about 10" across the heart and about 11" long not including the ribbon hanger.
I have never seen one this large before that is this old.
My Valentine feather tree and the dolly Valentine Tea partyall set up in the living room bay window.
This year I did up the living room mantel, here it is by lamp light.
The red shaded buffet lamps are always here as well as the oval mirror in the arch.
But I used some cream sheers I had hanging in the closet to make a drape swag for the
mantel. I decorated it with some strands of pearls , rose kissing balls and a rose heart wreath .
Then I began to decorate the mantel shelf with all my cherub pieces I have been collecting ( it's Cindy's at http://myromantichome.blogspot.com/
, fault I started this obsession, lol!).
She has many pretty cherub pieces also.
This collection started with this darling little fellow, made in Germany and holding
two little heart baskets.
He is my favorite!
A rose topiary , glitter hearts and old red velvet Valentine candy boxes are all
mixed in with my cherub pieces too make for a grand display.

Oh Linda, everything looks so pretty. How cute is that heat with the queen and king on your door? I love it! Your mantle looks gorgeous, and I love the way you swagged the sheers with the beads - so romantic looking. Your cherubs in the cloches are some of the cutest I've seen. How smart you are to fold that napkin in a heart shape! I loved your post, and I'm so glad you joined the party. laurie
