Thank you to Leigh at http://lbratina.blogspot.com/
for playing hostess to us all.
Be sure and check out her fun blog and see who else is joining in today.
Well while my computer was in the son's shop getting worked on for several days then I had time to work on some projects.
I had seen someone a while ago making designer pillows on Etsy using mother of
pearl buttons sewn on a pillow in a fleur de lis pattern in the center.
I loved the idea !
But was not going to pay the like $95 dollars for one from her when I have a large large stash
of pearl buttons of my own.
Came home and cut open the stitched end , where they stuffed it, so I could reach inside and sew
on buttons from the inside.
Then I began the sewing process using various sizes of old mother
of pearl buttons.
And here it is on the bed.
And here it is on the bed.
I decided not to fill it in but just to outline it
and it was appropriate too for the outcome of the Superbowl, bravo Saints!
